We are your SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE, PLANNING AND PRESERVATION expert.
Our focus over the last two decades has been on incorporating the principles of sustainable design in to every project, no matter the size or scope, on time and within your budget.
Our firm was established in 2003 by Architect and LEED Fellow, Jason Kliwinski, with the belief that it shouldn't have to cost more to build green. After dozens of built projects in the Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, and Hospitality markets, we've proven this to be true.
We service the Tri-State Area primarily but are able to support projects internationally as needed.
When working with a client we utilize an integrative project delivery approach that fosters a collaborative environment and brings all members of the team, including the contractor, architect, engineers, product suppliers, owner, and specialty consultants, to the table early in the design process and often throughtout to project completion. This helps ensure goals are understood and communicated to the entire team, budgets & schedules are maintained, and responsibilities are defined clearly.
